Food for Thought-There Is No App For This


There are no apps for:
1. Love
2. Happiness
3. Gratitude
4. Emotional Well-Being
5. Empathy

We can’t download love, happiness, or gratitude.  We learn, practice, and use these skills on a daily basis.  They are part of who we are as human beings.  Are you willing to try, to begin a brand new experience where these ideas become the priority; the guiding force of every interaction you have each day. Our lives are in need of emotional first aid. Yet, unlike our physical bodies, we neglect our emotional and spiritual health with careless abandonment. When we begin to recognize our need to love and appreciate the lives of others, the fusion of love and empathy will not only connect us to the world but begin to heal our wounds.
